Is this just another chatbot?
No. A standard bot deflects tickets and leaves you to build and run it. This is built to answer buying questions and close sales, and we run the whole thing for you. The difference is the management, not just the model.
Do I have to train it or keep it updated?
No. We train it on your store and keep it current as your products and prices change. You approve it once at launch; after that, keeping it sharp is our job.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It only answers from your website’s real products and wording. If something genuinely isn’t there, it says so plainly and encourages the user to complete the built-in lead form so you can receive a full conversation transcript and then follow up.
Can it be added to any website?
BotSupport can be added to any website including WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, custom sites, and more. If your site can add a small snippet of code, we can install it – either by giving you instructions or adding the code for you.
What if it gives a customer a wrong answer?
It only answers from your own site and catalogue, and a real person tests it before it goes live. When something is outside its knowledge it says so and captures the customer’s details rather than guessing. Every conversation is available to you as a transcript, and we correct anything you are not happy with as part of the service.
What happens after my 14 free days?
